Project Cost \u2013 Components and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible Components of Project Cost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Civil construction (hotel building, guest facilities)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal Roads, Entrance Gate, Swimming Pool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store, Kitchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plumbing Facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boiler room and chimney<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DG Set, Power Station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telecommunications tower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security deposit &amp; charges for various registrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Play area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical know how &amp; consultancy charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plant and machinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essential infrastructure required for operations Etc.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Ineligible Cost Components<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following costs are generally excluded from subsidy calculation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cost of land and site development &amp; landscaping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working capital &amp; Capitalised Interest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furniture &amp; Fixtures, Crockery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Split AC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultancy fees, taxes, and pre-operative expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport vehicles (except specialized refrigerated units)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second-hand or refurbished machinery Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final decision regarding eligibility of cost components rests with the Project Approval Committee.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Subsidy Disbursement Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The subsidy is released in following phases, ensuring actual project implementation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Hotel\/Resort projects below Rs. 10 Crores \u2013 In single installment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Hotel\/Resort projects below Rs. 10 Crores \u2013 In Four installment vis a vis 10%-10%-5%-5% in four years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After utilization of 50% of bank loan and promoter contribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final Installment\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After completion of the project and full utilization of funds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This phased approach ensures proper monitoring and utilization of government support.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Timeline and Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will be mandatory to run the units for atleast three years from the date of availing subsidy and submit a certificate every year. Otherwise subsidy amount will have to be returned as per the policy conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application for subsidy will have to be submitted within 1 year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investment made prior to three years from the date of operations shall only be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Timely application and compliance with procedural requirements are critical for availing benefits.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.
